Honed and Polished Concrete were engaged around Easter 2018 to transform the surface of the entire bottom level of our thirty year old home.
The rest of the house had gradually been updated since we bought it 10 years earlier, but we were left with a bamboo floor that to some degree looked good, but which was completely impractical for our humid Queensland climate, periodically buckling over the summer.
Process
Christopher revealed a potentially beautiful polished concrete floor by test-patching the floor in our workshop, confirming that our concrete floor was indeed laid beautifully and with plenty of attractive aggregate.
